Dark Time By West Tampa Tobacco Co. On Its Way To Retailers

Time is of the essence. Such is the idea behind Dark Time, the newest release from PCA trade show in April and began shipping to retailers this week.
“Time is our most precious resource and what better way to spend that time than sharing our finest cigar with family and friends?” says co-owner Gus Martinez.
Dark Time is available in one size, a Toro measuring 6 inches by 54 ring gauge. The blend consists of a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper from a 2019 crop, a Sumatra-seed binder from Ecuador and a mix of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. According to the company, the cigars were rolled in 2021, as the extra aging helps to bring the sweetness out of the broadleaf wrapper.
Shipping in black, piano-finish boxes of 10, Dark Time has a suggested retail price of $29.99 per cigar and is intended to be a medium-bodied blend. The box also includes a cigar cutter inspired by the design of a Rolex Daytona.
Dark Time is made in Nicaragua at the NACSA factory. West Tampa says that this is a one-time release with a production limited to 2,500 boxes.
